Launched on 16th December 2020, our first three-way collaboration brew is the end result from a brainstorming session between 3 brewers.
This ambitious project sees the creation of a limited edition honey & cherry sour ale made with fresh morello cherries and thai wildflower honey.
We’ve balanced the tart fruity flavour of the cherries with the sweetness from the honey to guarantee a dangerously easy and deceptively light, refreshing sour.
